The annual Tatuaje Monster Series release is upon us and the lucky, or rather, ‘Unlucky 13’ retailers, as creator Pete Johnson calls them, which will be receiving the bulk of the dress boxes has been officially announced. Unconfirmed rumors indicate that this years release, The Bride, will be the final release in the Monster Series.

The Bride, which is a fitting end to the series considering the first in the series was The Frank, is a tribute to The Bride of Frankenstein. Production of The Bride will be the same as previous productions, with 666 dress boxes of 13 cigars and 4,500 boxes of 10 cigars for a total production of 53,658 cigars.

The Bride is a 7 1/8 x 49 Churchill featuring a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan filler. The cigar has been described as being medium plus in body and being very elegant. As with previous releases, The Bride will come with a branded accessory, which has been announced as a lighter from Elie Bleu.

The Bride is set to ship to retailers on October 13th, the Unlucky 13 will receive 31 dress boxes each, with retailers across the country splitting the remaining 263 dress boxes.
